Beer Advocates-in-Chief Jason and Todd Alstrom, founders of Beer Advocate magazine and website, will be hitting some locations in Sonoma County on Wednesday, part of a West Coast tour that started with a session at Sierra Nevada’s annual Beer Camp in Chico. The brothers will be hitting Bear Republic from 1-4 p.m., Lagunitas from 4:30-7:30, and Russian River from 8 p.m. until Natalie and Vinnie lock the doors.

No reservations are required, of course, but expect a lively crowd as the brothers hold court. Here’s the signup if you’re a Beer Advocate subscriber.

On Thursday, they’re hitting the scene in San Francisco before heading back to their HQ in Massachusetts. Looks like they plan to spend all day drinking (not that there is anything wrong with that), starting at 11 a.m. at Magnolia Gastropub and closing down the Mikkeller BarHere’s the lengthy itinerary.
