American Craft Beer Week is under way and we have received messages from breweries near and far that want to help you celebrate the occasion. This festive week officially began on Monday May 12 and will conclude on May 18.

Local favorite 101 North Brewing Co. will be celebrating throughout the county all week long.  They kicked it off with a Tap Takeover at Taps in Petaluma on Monday. Tuesday you can find them doing a three-course cheese pairing at Hopmonk in Sebastopol. Ricardo’s, Beyond the Glory and Sprenger’s will all be hosting some type of special event featuring 101 North throughout the week as well. The grand finale for 101 will be at Speakeasy in Petaluma on Saturday. I suggest you call the respective businesses listed for full details.

Half Moon Bay Brewing Co. reached out to invite those of you looking to take a road trip to go on down to their brewery to meet the brewers. The event hours will be from 5pm to 7pm today (Tuesday, May 13). Brew will be flowing and complimentary bites will be provided. If you choose to take a road trip always be sure to designate a driver. Bottle shares in the comfort of your home and a visit to your local brewery or tap room with a group of friends is always a good way to celebrate.
