As fans of Sonoma Springs Brewing probably know, the old tap room and brew house has been closed since September while the operation moves to a new, much larger facility in Sonoma, at 19449 Riverside Ave., suite 101. As you can see from their flier above, they had hoped to be up and running by now, but brewmaster Tim Goeppinger tells me that we’re now about a month behind schedule.

“We have just begun our building phase,” he emailed last night. “Also remolding and hooking up the brewery steam and power.  Our best outlook for guests is early December.  We hope to be fully functional by January 2014.”

In the meantime, as you can see, the brewery’s beers remain on draft around the area using beer Tim banked up before breaking down the old brewhouse.
