The participating chefs and mixologists are David Bazirgan from Dirty Habit, Stephen Call and Laurence Jossel from Nopa, Kevin Diedrich from BDK Restaurant & Bar, Adam Dulye the Brewers Association Executive Chef, Yanni Kehagiaris from Nopa and Liholiho Yacht Club, Angela Pinkerton from Craftsman & Wolves, Jennifer Puccio from The Cavalier, Marlowe and Park Tavern, Todd Shober from Molina and Staffan Terje from Perbacco.

The six course food and beer pairing dinner will take place at 7pm on Thursday, May 7th at the Sierra Nevada Big Room located at 1075 E. 20th St., Chico, CA 95928. Sierra Nevada Founder Ken Grossman and UC Davis’ Dr. Charlie Bamforth will join the intimate dinner as guest speakers.
