Humboldt County’s Eel River Brewing is preparing to roll out its spring seasonal known as “Earth Thirst,” a double IPA set to appear in 22 oz bottles and on draft in March. They describe it as a “Dry Hopped Double IPA” with “warm and delicate malt flavors are purposely dominated by a massive dose of pungent, piney, floral, and citrus-like characteristics of everyone’s favorite Northwest Domestic hops.” This is the fourth seasonal release of the beer, which debuted in 2010.
